Our online store is in compliance with the EU Declaration of Conformity.
Your obligation to report
In order to place an order on ielm.co.uk, you are required to input your information on our website. As a consequence, you confirm that your information is correct and up-to-date. In the situation where this obligation is not fulfilled, we reserve the right to refuse your access authorization.
All prices include 20% VAT
The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. The prices quoted are final prices, that is, they include the respectively valid British VAT. Until the full payment of the purchase price, the goods remain our property.
The 5.4 GBP shipping cost shall be borne by you.
Our payment methods are credit card and PayPal. All costs associated with a money transaction shall be borne by you.

CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
The product representations contained in the seller's online shop serve the submission of a legally binding offer by the customer.
The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated in the seller’s online shop. When placing an order via the online order form, the customer, after entering his personal data and clicking on the "buy now" button, submits a legally binding contract offer with regard to the goods contained in the shopping cart, in the final step of the ordering process.
The seller will immediately confirm receipt of the customer's offer electronically (e-mail). This confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the contract offer. The seller can accept the customer’s offer by an electronically transmitted (email) order or dispatch confirmation within five days or by delivery of the goods. The seller is entitled to refuse acceptance of the order - for example, after checking the customer’s creditworthiness.
Liability for defects
Customary or minor deviations in quality, size, shape and/or color are reserved within reasonable limits. Color variations between the colors displayed on the website and the actual colors of the goods may be due to their appearance on your computer/mobile device.
If you are a consumer, we request that you inform our customer service, as soon as possible, about goods that are delivered with obvious transport damage/defects. We point out that the failure to report immediately has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. But they help us to assert our own claims, for example, against the freight forwarding company.

You have the right to free information about your stored information as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of information at all times.
