We accept orders from all over the world when paying with Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard!
When you submit your order we will e-mail you a preliminary order confirmation. When your order has been packed, you will receive a second e-mail with the final order confirmation.

An additional fee for shipping will be added to your order. The amount is dependent on where you live:

All the products shown on our webpage are available with no delay unless otherwise mentioned.
We have chosen UPS to deliver our packages. You can choose either option that suits you better.
If an ordered item does not meet your requirements, you can return the item within 14 days after receipt of the goods by returning the goods. Please note that Individualized Products are subject to special conditions as they are designed for you only. This means that we do not accept returns.
You can return a non-personalized item within 14 days of receiving the goods.
5.4 GBP of the shipping costs for the return shipment will be borne by you. The rest of the shipping costs are borne by us.
You will receive the return form and the return label by e-mail (email@example.com), only upon request.
The products must be in unused condition.
The repayment will be made within 10 working days, after the goods receipt.
For the delivery you pay 5.4 GBP with UPS Standard or 10.8 GBP with UPS Saver (Express) as shipping costs.
In case of a return you pay additionally 5.4 GBP (UPS) shipping costs.
Wrong or damaged item
Regarding possible reclamations, IELM follows the Swedish law (“Konsumentköpslagen”). Always contact us at 0040345401603 or firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within a total of 14 days and with an explanation of the damage or defect.Return address:
