We accept orders from all over the world. You can choose to pay via :

ORDER CONFIRMATION
When you place the order we’ll send you a confirmation by email. When the package has been picked up by the courier, you will receive a second email with a tracking code.

RETURNS
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or you simply do not like it, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, without specifying a reason.
Return conditions :
- The product must be in the condition in which it was received (without traces of use, without having been washed and with the original labels attached). Ideally, you should include the document you received in the package (the one that specifies the order number and the products in the order).
- The product is not customized.
Return procedure :
- Contact us (customerservice@ielm.co.uk) to let us know that you want to return the product / products.
- You’ll receive a return form via email that you’ll need to fill and print.
- Pack the product so that it’s protected during transport. Stick the return form to the package.
- When the package is ready, contact UPS to pick it up.
- The cost of shipping for the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- After processing the return, only the price paid for the ordered products will be refunded, without the shipping costs from the initial order.
- The refund will take up to 10 working days to be processed. You will receive an email notification from us when the transaction has been processed.
- The refund will be made in your card account.
If you have chosen a wrong size or colour and you want another one, you'll need to return your first order, and then place a new order with the new size/colour.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
If you want to personalize the clothes for your little one, it’s very important to pay extra attention in choosing the size and colour. All clothes are manually customized to your specifications, so we can't sell them to anyone else. If you have questions about choosing the size, you can write to us at customerservice@ielm.co.uk and we’ll help you make the right choice.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM
In case of complaints, IELM follows the Online Dispute Resolution law. Please contact us at 0040345401603 or customerservice@ielm.co.uk prior to sending the item back. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it, mentioning the damage or defect.
