Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time to Great Britain is 3-5 working days with UPS Standard or 1-3 working days with UPS Saver. Please hold off on contacting us until after these days have passed.

What delivery methods do you offer?

We have chosen Royal Mail and UPS. You can choose either option that suits you better.

How can I track my package?

When we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking link via e-mail so that you can track your package. Remember that it can take up to 48 hours before your package is able traceable.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via BACS Direct Debit, credit card as well as Paypal.

I have placed an order, can i change the delivery address?

If you need to change the delivery address, you must inform our support via e-mail (customerservice@ielm.co.uk), with the next day.

I have placed an order. Can I add a product?

We will start processing your order immediately after it has been submitted to us. If you want to add a product to your order, then make a new order in the shop. We will try to send it together if possible.

How can I return my product?

Our main concern is that you are satisfied. You can return a product if you are not satisfied within 14 days after you have received the order. And you will receive a refund when we have received the return. To return a product, please contact us at customer support. We will send you a return label, and the return policy clauses. The items should be in unused condition and with all tags in place. Please note that you cannot return products that have been made personal. In case of a return you pay additionally 5.4 GBP shipping costs.

What do I do if I want to exchange my product?

Since our basic idea is small collections, it is seldom that we can offer exchange of a product. If you would like another size or a completely different product, please place a new order and just return the product, which you do not want. Clothing with printed personal name cannot be returned. You do not need to contact customer service before you make the return.

Can I place an order via telephone or e-mail?

We do not accept orders via telephone or e-mail. You can place an order via your mobile phone or our website.
