Delivery time to Great Britain is 3-5 or 1-2 business days with UPS, and in 7-10 business days with Royal Mail.
Please hold off on contacting us until after these days have passed.
We have chosen Royal Mail and UPS. You can choose either option that suits you better.
When we have sent your order, you will receive a tracking link via e-mail so that you can track your package. Remember that it can take up to 48 hours before your package is able traceable.
We accept payment via BACS Direct Debit, credit card as well as Paypal.
If you need to change the delivery address, you must inform our support via e-mail (
customerservice@ielm.co.uk) with the next day.
We will start processing your order immediately after it has been submitted to us. If you want to add a product to your order, then make a new order in the shop. We will try to send it together if possible.
Our main concern is that you are satisfied. You can return a product if you are not satisfied within 14 days after you have received the order. And you will receive a refund when we have received the return.
To return a product, please contact us at customer support. We will send you a return label, and the return policy clauses.
The items should be in unused condition and with all tags in place.
Please note that you cannot return products that have been made personal.
In case of a return you pay additionally 5.4 GBP shipping costs.
Since our basic idea is small collections, it is seldom that we can offer exchange of a product. If you would like another size or a completely different product, please place a new order and just return the product, which you do not want. Clothing with printed personal name cannot be returned. You do not need to contact customer service before you make the return.
We do not accept orders via telephone or e-mail. You can place an order via your mobile phone or our website.
